This reflects that with the improvement of living standard, the demand for fresh agricultural products is increasing and the quality requirement is increasingly stricter.At present, the transport rate of China’s fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics is only 5% and 15%, the United States, Canada, Germany and other countries of fresh perishable agricultural products(in value) cold chain circulation has accounted for 50% of total sales, and continues to grow.Compared with the developed countries such as Canada, cold chain logistics in our country the lack of a complete set of cold chain logistics system.Our country third party logistics enterprise in the proportion of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics in the process of growing, but more on the studies of China’s agricultural products cold chain logistics supply chain has focused on the supply, sales of the supply chain, excessive ignores the interests in the process of third-party logistics enterprises in logistics.In view of this, this article first through the cold-chain logistics standardization system construction of foreign developed countries is introduced, it is concluded that the enlightenment on how to establish and perfect the cold chain logistics standardization system.Then starting from the present mode of circulation of agricultural products supply chain, based on sharing contract conditions on the agricultural products supply chain tripartite benefits of interests in the universe, namely, agricultural producers, logistics service providers and retailers such as level 3 merchants create benefit equilibrium strategies.This paper is divided into three chapters:The first chapter, the paper introduces the three fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics benefit equilibrium research selected topic background significance, research status and the main content of this article and innovation points.The second chapter, through the cold chain logistics standardization system construction experience of abroad is introduced, on the cold chain logistics standardization system construction of our country put forward constructive Suggestions.The third chapter, under the condition of revenue sharing contract, in view of the supply, the third party logistics, sales level 3 cold-chain logistics supply chain, and establish a tripartite benefit equilibrium model, the equilibrium model by an example.
