In order to follow the opening- up policy, China plans to carry out the strategic conception of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road(We call “One Belt and One Road” for short). Yunnan province, a part of Southwest border areas, is China’s lifeline to Southeast Asia and South Asia. It plays an important and special role in realizing the strategic conception of One Belt and One Road. The bridgehead strategy is very significant for Yunnan province to open up to Southeast Asia and South Asia. It is an urgent issue for Yunnan province to learn how to promote Yunnan’s development of modern logistics with the help of the strategic conception of One Belt and One Road and the bridgehead strategy. Logistics Park is an important carrier of modern logistics and it is of great use for logistics integration and high efficiency. So, more and more people pay attention to the study of Logistics Park and the construction of Logistics Park. Under new situations and circumstances, each level of government in Yunnan is positively planning the construction of different kinds and different levels of logistics parks. Because of the connections and balanced development among different cities, with little help of standard theories and overall plans, there are lots of problems about the construction of Yunnan’s logistics parks. The problems are mainly about the functions and locations of logistics parks. Some logistics parks can’t match with the local economy or even can’t meet the demands of economy. Some logistics parks are so in that it is really a waste of logistics resource. Meanwhile, the homogenization phenomenon is very serious in logistics parks and it leads to keen competition. Some places even start “enclosure movement” with the help of local policies. These problems are really obstacles on the way of the development of Yunnan’s Logistics Parks.The key to the distribution planning of logistics infrastructure is to balance between the components and local economy. That is to say, the most important is the macro distribution planning of logistics parks. This paper is aimed at offering theory to the development of Yunnan’s Logistics Parks by analyzing the relation between Yunnan’s 16 places’ economy and logistics parks. This paper shows the concept and features of Logistics Park and spatial layout. Based on these, the national standard materials and other scholar’s achievements, this paper gives some proper methods of arranging Logistics Parks. At the same time, with the help of spatial layout theory, this paper also talks about the planning of Logistics Park with the theorem of cluster analysis. Then it studies the status quo of Yunnan’s logistics development including the advantages, disadvantages and the new challenges. By collecting related data, analyzing correlation and Principal Component Analysis, established a comprehensive index system of Logistics Park. With the help of systematical clustering method, this paper classified the carrier of Logistics Parks. According to the systematical clustering result, the basic locations of Yunnan’s Logistics Parks, the related planning and the real development of different places, this paper shows some suggestions and measures about how to optimize the Logistics Parks in Yunnan.
