Planning & Studying On Trading Logistics Park

With the appearance and development of social and specialized Commerce & Trade logistics, aggregate of all kinds of large specialized commercial and trade market in spatial region is promoted and special market cluster is formed, which further realize intensive management of Commerce & Trade . The cluster of specialized market and specialized logistics enterprises and facilities, benefiting from interactive development, concentrating and closing up each other in spacial arrangement, will gradually form Trading Logistics Park. Trading Logistics Park is the outcome of commodity ownership circulation and logistics long-term mutual development. But the formation and development of Trading Logistics Park , will inevitably effectively promote mutual development of commodity ownership circulation and logistics, will greatly promote the rapid development of urban economy and society in the Trading Logistics Park. However, theoretical research on planning and construction aspects of Trading Logistics Park is still imperfect.Several aspects, including formation, functional area setting, management scale , information system construction and operational model of Logistics Park are mainly studied in this paper.Firstly, this paper set about from the basic theory, summarizing basic theory of Trading Logistics Park, making clear concept, basic attribute and function of Logistics Park; mainly discussing the mechanism of formation and development of Trading Logistics Park. Secondly, the content of the planning is introduced according to the planning procedure, including function designing , management scale , information system construction and operational model of logistics park. Lastly, the planning and operation of Logistics Park of the city of Yancheng is analysed and scale plan, construction and operation model of logistics park is put forward.This paper attempts to study general planning and operation model theory of logistics park, in order to take guides the action and give the reference to construct programming and operation of Trading Logistics Park.
