Under the goal of "one strength three excellences", the State Grid Corporation of China is now giving great impetus to change the development of the company and the development way of the Grid. Turning into the characteristic of "three sets of five" in the new era, the State Grid Corporation of China has formed the system with human resources, finance, material intensive management and planning, construction, operation, maintenance, together with marketing enterprise management. With the implementation of the planning, construction, operation, maintenance, marketing and other key business of professional, the company forms the intensive management and focus on efficiency, resource sharing, integration of the new grid enterprise operation mode. The company enhances the development ability and operation efficiency, speeds up the construction of modern company with "one strength three excellences".Being the reform point of "one strength three excellences" and for performance management in particular, JiangSu Electric Power Company adheres to the corporate strategic goal and achievement-priority orientation, carries out the assessment system, clears the responsibility of evaluation criteria and strengthens the process monitoring, and thus the company achieves all-round, multi-level applications of evaluation results. Therefore, in the period of seeking new development way for the company and in the situation of the general direction of the transformation strategy has been identified, it is essential to research the full performance management for the successful implementation of the enterprise strategy and the development of the enterprise.Thus, it is a key researching topic for JiangSu Electric Power Company to perfect the current performance management policy to promote the implementation of enterprise strategy. Based on stating the significance of selected topic and the actual situation of the company, this essay expounds the full performance management which plays a significant role in promoting the development of JiangSu Electric Power Company. Through analyzing the current performance management system and staff survey, relating relevant theories and methods for performance management, this paper focuses on investigating the problems in performance management and puts forward the main countermeasures via enterprise culture, specific assessment and relevant supporting work.
