Optimization of the existing financial service system according to their own advantages and characteristics, reduce cost and raise the core competitiveness of the Banks become one if the most important ways for Banks to meet the challenge and get advantageous position in the competition in financial markets.This paper take the unique "three dimensional rural" financial services of the postal savings bank as the research object, analyzes existing pattern and service system, points out deficiencies and problems of the post office bank in network planning, service capabilities, personnel quality and product design,etc. Along with the development of agriculture, farmer and rural area, the post office bank is facing a huge challenge in serving to agriculture, farmer and rural area or to further develop "three dimensional rural" market.
