| The modern circulation industry is the leading industry of national economy and has a dominate position in the market economy; it’s also the essential requirement for implementing scientific development concept, accelerating industrial restructuring, improving the comprehensive competitiveness of our country. Under the construction arounding the strategy of expanding domestic and upgrading consumption, modern circulation industry has a rapid development opportunity. The necessary measure to implement the scientific concept of development and change the pattern of economy growth is to make Shandong modern circulation industry to be saved by force and pay close attention to modern circulation industry. We should be recognized adequately that modern circulation industry is the great way to enhance the overall strength of the economy and competitiveness of Shandong Province.Under the national development strategy focus on developing modern circulation industry, we should seize the great opportunity. Shandong Province as a large province with the development conditions of modern circulation industry, such as the relatively perfect infrastructure, rapid economic development, buoyant consumer demand. But there still exists problems as follows:the construction of modern circulation system belongs to the primary step, the laws and regulations systems in the circulation fields are not sound, the circulation pattern of the city and countryside integration is not developed, the low modern level of circulation industry. To better promote the development of Shandong’s modern circulation industry, we should construct the evaluation index system of modern circulation industry, evaluate the impact factors, put forward the future development strategies of modern circulation industry.Firstly, this paper analyzed the current situation and stressed the need for the empirical research on the evaluation of factors affecting Shandong modern circulation industry. Secondly, defined the related concepts and reviewed the literature of modern circulation industry. Thirdly, analyzed the impact factors affecting modern circulation industry, put forward technical route to develop modern circulation industry. Fourthly, built the evaluation index system affecting Shandong modern circulation industry, extracted three factors of technological support factor, industry concentration, specialization of circulation modernization factor, established the model of modem circulation industry development evaluation, evaluated the level of modern circulation industry of Shandong province 17 prefectures. Finally, put forward future development strategies of modern circulation industry.The six strategies as follows:strengthen protection policies support to accelerate the process of transition of modern circulation industry, standardize order in the market to improve the modern circulation industry management, format three major industrial clusters to realize the economies of scale of modern circulation industry, strengthen the rural infrastructure to improve the modern circulation system, development the "Lu" brand and create large modern circulation group, vigorously carry out the application of modern information technology and highly concentrate on professional training. |
