The Efficiency Of Modern Service Industry In China's Coastal Areas And Its Influence Factor Analysis

With the continuous progress of industrialization,modern service industry is becoming more and more important to national and regional economic development.The modern service industry in China's coastal areas is relatively developed relative to the mainland,but the level of development is uneven in the coastal areas.Based on the theory of modern service industry and the Cobb Douglas production function,this paper is based on the panel data of 10 provinces and municipalities in the coastal areas in 2008 to measure the efficiency and econometric analysis of the modern service industry and its internal industries in coastal areas.The factors influencing the efficiency of modern service industry are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the results of the analysis.First of all,A brief overview of modern service industry related theory,the definition of modern service industry and its efficiency,and is used to measure the efficiency of the stochastic frontier and the two methods of data envelopment analysis and panel data analysis methods.At the same time,the development status of modern service industry in China's coastal areas is statistically described from the aspects of the development level of modern service industry,employment population and investment in fixed assets.Secondly,the traditional Cobb-Douglas production function is improved,the cross factors of production factors are introduced into the model,the optimal production function is discussed,and the modern service industry and the financial industry efficiency value in China's coastal areas are measured.At the same time,the data envelopment analysis(DEA)model is used to measure the efficiency of the real estate industry in China's coastal areas,and the efficiency difference between provinces is analyzed and compared.Focusing on the Correlation Analysis between the Spatial Distribution of 500 Enterprises in Service Industry and the Efficiency of Modern Service Industry.Thirdly,the influencing factors of qualitative analysis are introduced into the optimal production function model,and the stochastic frontier analysis(SFA)is used to analyze the market,foreign investment(FDI),labor force(Employee),urbanization)On the modern service industry.Finally,based on the analysis of the empirical results,this paper provides some countermeasures for the development strategy and planning of China's modern service industry in view of the existing problems in the development of modern service industry in China's coastal areas.
