Finally the article summarizes the analysis of financial performance, the result of the policy and strategy analysis, reveals the existing problems and puts forward the suggestions, to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises, and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.The author thinks that the two companies’ business performance and financial performance is good by financial analysis of Yunnan baiyao and Kunming group, the profit ability increases year by year, also creates the value for the shareholders of companies, the main problem is the shortage of development funds, then the author puts forward suggestions, decreasing the rate of dividend payment, issuing shares or loan financing, or eliminating low-margin products, reducing the sales growth rate to an acceptable level.
