Research On Internal Control Of H - Branch Of Minsheng Bank

Internal control is an important part of bank management, it is also an impor tant means of internal management in order to maintain the stable operation of the bank. The social economy develop rapidly,it makes the commercial bank has be come a hub for an integral part of the national economy, but the financial risks ar e filled in every corner, So it is significant importance and urgency to study the int ernal control of commercial banks.Building and improving internal control is the basis for the safe operation of commercial banks in China,it is the effective mean s to enhance international competitiveness, improve the international status.In the new economic situation, I analyzed and summarized the internal contr ol theory of commercial banks at home and abroad,then the article research the int ernal control of Minsheng Bank H branch, then put forward the question and sol ve the problem.This article is divided into three parts, include six chapters, and the brief int roduction is as follows:The first part, namely the first and second chapters, it is including the introd uction and literature review.In the introduction,I summarized the background, signifi cance, contents and research methods etc.The literature review is mainly related t o the concept of internal control, five elements on internal control and the Basel a greement, in order to clear the scope of the following article and writing angle.The second part, namely the third, fourth and fifth chapter, it is the core part of this article.This section describes the internal control status of the Minsheng Bank H branch. This part also points out the deficiency and the main problems in the internal control.Finally,this paper put forward recommendations to perfect th e internal control of the H branch.The third part, namely the sixth chapter, it is the conclusion of the article.T his part pointed out the lack of research, at the same time,I have a good prospect for the internal control of commercial bank in future.
