Today, the key competition between company is the competition about customers, while the most important thing is how deeply to know the customers’ information, including wide and deep knowledge to customers, individual and multiple requirements from customer. So to build automation system to deal with huge amount and multiple information data from the customer, enhance the data analysis and handling ability of company, will be the key competition of the company. This article is based on the current status of medical industry in China, analyze in detail the marketing promotion style and try to figure out the essential problems which need to be resolved urgent, and provide proposal about the strategy of performing customer relationship management, give final suggestion to protocol to achieve the purpose to manage customer relationship.The article expresses the current situations about the development of medical industry in our country, then contributing to the connotation of customer relationship management; then deeply talking about the key feature of promotion and figure out the problems in company operation management, including sales management, service management. Final taking the example of Beijing El company for discussion, states the necessity and essential and feasibility to conduct customer relationship management.The proposal and solution provided in this article can resolve most of the problems about management function, increase the operation efficiency and ability to make a decision; it is valuable for the similar industry in China.
