Research On The Restricted Factors And Development Countermeasures Of The Development Of Silk Industry

As the world’s largest exporter of silk products, China plays an important role in the stage of world silk industry. The State Ministry of Commerce proposed a strategy named " moving the mulberry from east to west", which is gradually transferring cocoon production area from the eastern region to the western region in the 11th five-year plan, which has the important meaning to expand the scale,to maintain China’s advantage position as a silk huger country, to increase the income of farmers in Midwest and promote the rural economic development .Area of southern Shanxi Province, as an important part of the national silkworm ten base, is subject to government policy and finance vigorously support, Jincheng,the largest production base of silk in North China whose silk production has accounted for 80% of the province silk production,of which the Yangcheng county is the biggest production base of silkworm and cocoon.The vigorous development of silk industry has become an important way for income growth,employment and exports for residents in the region. However, Jincheng silk industry had been gradually emerging out of a series of questions in recent years. The total value of out-put of industry has not already reached 1% of all province. The paper, firstly based on some aspects such as the scale,product,sale volume and economic benefit, taking an objective analysis of the Jincheng silk industry development status,though which pointing out series of problems restricting the development of silk industry at this stage,for example,the backward equipment,the lowly brand,the insufficient marketing,the incomplete industry chain,the unreasonable property right,and the shortage of talents, accordingly putting forward countermeasures to solve these problems.
