Study On The Development Of Modern Agricultura In Jincheng City Of Shanxi Province

National modernization cannot lack of agricultural modernization, developing modern agriculture is an agricultural from weak to strong point, is the main stream of the development of agriculture. In recent years, jincheng under the lead of the central file spirit, put forward to modern agriculture comprehensive development strategy. Agriculture is the foundation of the economic development of jincheng, jincheng moderm agricultural development, the study to promote the development of jincheng industrialization, the urbanization process is necessary. Modern agricultural development as the research object in this paper, jincheng, guided by the modern agricultural development theory, analyzed the jincheng modern agriculture in agricultural material and equipment conditions, the agricultural science and technology development, agricultural production, agricultural industrialization, the development status of agricultural economic structure, explores the jincheng modern agricultural development in terms of location, resources, policy and characteristic industry advantage, and the natural environment and farmers' quality of science and technology, infrastructure, the degree of land scale, organization scale of agricultural production, agricultural products brand construction constraints.In this paper, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to construct the jincheng index system of modern agricultural development level, using the model of jincheng modern agriculture development level evaluation, the results showed that 2014 jincheng modern agricultural development comprehensive evaluation value is 0.61, In modern agriculture preliminary implementation stage, in the five level indicators, agricultural productivity levels in the implementation stage, the modern agriculture agricultural science and technology level and agricultural sustainable development in modern agriculture preliminary implementation stage, output level and the agricultural economic structure at the basic implementation stage of the modern agriculture. Through seven years of data analysis, we can see that jincheng modern agriculture development level showed a trend of steady rise. On the basis of evaluation, this research suggests countermeasures to promote the development of jincheng modern agriculture include:to enhance investment in agriculture; To strengthen the construction of rural infrastructure, Strengthen farmers' education training, improve farmers' quality; Strengthen leading enterprises, improve the level of agricultural industrialization; Innovation of agricultural management pattern, increase agricultural organization degree; Establish brand awareness, improve the competitiveness of agricultural products.
