In recent years,with "wisdom" IT companies developed rapidly.IT companies for the optimization of industrial structure, promotion new economic growth point, have an important role. However, the rapid development of information technology companies also revealed the existence of risk and crisis, so exploring issues related to China’s information technology enterprises is particularly important.To explore the department of IT companies in the development of the deficiencies, the key lies in the analysis of IT governance in corporate finance issues. Therefore, this article by building financial evaluation index system of governance, pointing out that China’s information technology enterprise financial management problems and make recommendations for improvement, providing a reference for the study of financial governance of IT companies. IT company’s financial governance is inherently special, due to its industry itself has the characteristics of the decision. Therefore, the author based on the existing literature on financial governance, combined with the characteristics of China’s IT enterprises, enterprise value as a measure of financial governance efficiency of reference, propose appropriate hypotheses, select the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets in 2008 and 2013 released IT financial data A shares of listed companies for the initial sample, using spss statistical analysis software for data processing, and the choice of descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and principal component analysis reveals our IT business problems of financial governance, and for the lack of make relevant recommendations of the Department, to provide some reference for the study of financial governance of IT companies.
