Research On Application Of 6S Management Mode In HJ Warehouse Equipment Company

With China’s accession to the WTO and accelerated pace of economic globalization, domestic equipment manufacturing industry is facing more and more severe and complex competition. From the characteristics and development trend of competition, globalization and internationalization features, to a large extent also affect the profits of the machinery manufacturing industry, appear larger fluctuation. At the same time, there are many weak manufacturers were eliminated. On the current market economy environment, machinery manufacturing enterprise core competitive advantage source in the product manufacturing process management level. This is an important factor to decide the enterprise product quality, quantity and the manufacture cost and profit rate.In recent years, due to China rising labor costs, the situation changes in environmental pressure of macroeconomic conditions, so the low cost competitive advantage Chinese manufacturing enterprises can’t keep. This will force the Chinese machinery manufacturing enterprise managers to seek new ways--- to strengthen the manufacturing process of site management and achieve lower costs, improve efficiency, forming the core competitive power method.6S management model is based on the "one site management mode concept specification for industrial manufacturing enterprises, rectifying, cleaning, sorting, cleaning, quality safety" production, is an effective means to improve management level. In this paper, the implementation of 6S process management mode based on HJ storage equipment applied by the company as an example, the application of SMART principle, the PDCA cycle to improve the modern management theories, analyzes various problems in the enterprises in the implementation of 6S management process. On this basis, we propose the 6S management mode of practical operation. Through the implementation of control, guarantee the smooth implementation of 6Smanagement mode in the enterprise, and achieved good results. Promotion of 6S management mode in the enterprise’s actual application effect, and this experience has the certain reference to the similar enterprises.
