| With the global economic integration and the deepening of China’s financial reform, and this kind of competition focuses mainly on human resources. It is an urgent problem pondered most by banking industry on how to retain talents and give full play to their potential. Therefore, how to maintain high employee engagement is a relatively new and very important issue in human resources management. This study aims to find the ways to improve employee engagement of S Bank based on the above questions.The first work is to organize relative findings of scholars and management i nstitutions at home and abroad. Some basic theories about employee engagement are also mentioned including the concept of, influence factors, measurement, di mensions and the like.The theoretical basis for the establishment of research mod els and empirical analysis.Secondly, from reality, an employee engagement model is built and influence factors are identified. A questionnaire based on Saks’s(2006) is designed in order to investigate the employee’s current situation of S Bank.S Bank in collaboration with the Human Resources Department to the scene in the form of questionnaires organized part of the staff to complete the questionnaire.Thirdly, the data of the survey is analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software, and the items are reliability analysis, correlation analysis and descriptive analysis. The analysis results show that the employee engagement of S Bank is moderate and the reason for hindering employee engagement is clear, which laid a foundation for improving engagement.Thirdly, the study will put forward specific strategies and solutions according to the results of empirical analysis, which is used to promote the employee engagement of S Bank.S combined with the actual situation of banks, from the employee individual factors, job factors, organizational and social factors of the four levels of analysis of the current impact of the specific reasons for employee engagement, and to lay the foundation for the proposed upgrade S bank employee engagement strategy.Fourth, according to domestic and international theories about employee engagement, for the empirical analysis of S bank problems raised in the S bank in future human resource management should be strengthened employee career management, and constantly improve the pay and benefits management system for employees build equal and open internal communications environment, and create a culture of good comments and suggestions are.Given S Bank employee engagement management problems in a certain representation, so research ideas and research paper questionnaire to other banks have the same problems in terms of management also has certain reference value that can help them to better explore ways to enhance employee engagement. |
