As the third industry, after 20 years of development, Jiangsu Province, Huaian City, the real estate industry has become one of the pillar industries in the city’s rapid economic development, it is obvious to the rapid growth of Huaian’s economic role, but in recent years, with the continuous adjustment of the slowdown in economic growth and the country’s real estate policy, China the real estate market has entered a period of adjustment, the current round of real estate has entered a downward phase of the development cycle. At present, a new stage of China economy will usher in sustainable development, the domestic real estate industry policy, market and external environment will change, the Huaian City real estate development will also have a profound impact.Based on the real estate industry, on the basis of related theory are briefly expounded, discusses the position and role of the real estate industry in the national economy, real estate theory results at home and abroad for reference, the real estate industry elements, operation mechanism and the role of, etc., analyze the current situation of the development of the real estate market of our country, by collecting statistical data in recent five years, the combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods, the status quo of real estate industry development of huaian conducted a thorough and comprehensive research, on this basis, the SWOT analysis method, from on the real estate industry development strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the current huaian, analyzing the development trend of the real estate industry analysis, currently on show in the current economic conditions, such as less prominent pillar industry, real estate development investment insufficiency, the relatively high house prices, slightly narrow financing channel, government regulation and control effect is not obvious and so on several aspects of problems, and aimed at the problems existing in the current on the real estate market, is put forward on how the real estate industry can reflect its pillar industry status, increase the investment in real estate, optimize the structure of real estate investment, curb the city house price growth is too fast, strengthening government macro-control and solving countermeasures such as how to improve the housing finance market.Through this research, to seek new ways to deal with the sustainable development of Huaian City real estate industry from the source, and can provide a reference for the government to establish more effective regulation and control policy.
