Consumer Finance Companies in Western developed hundreds of yearsf, the market is relatively mature. In China, the consumer finance started late, in 2009 China Banking Regulatory Commission issued "Consumer Finance Companies pilot management measures", which consumer finance in our country formally rised. However, due to China’s economic structure is not balanced, the social security system is not perfect, the concept of consumer spending is relatively backward and other reasons, the development of consumer finance in China is still faced with many difficulties.This paper takes F Consumer Finance Companies as the research object, in view of the outstanding problems faced in the development of the company, with the theories of financial consumer based, by combining empirical analysis and normative analysis methods, apply financial science, management science and economics etc., combined with the author experience, to highlight problems faced by the company’s development in-depth analysis of the system, draws on the experience of development of foreign consumer finance company, put forward suggestions to solve the problem.First of all, this paper analyzes the status of F company, analyzs the problems of the company:single product, low market acceptance, high labor costs, risk control and other issues. And apply SWOT analysis method, analysis the company’s external opportunities and threats from the aspects of policy support, the diverse needs of the credit products, market prospects, technical support, laws and regulations, social security system. And analysis internal strengths and weaknesses from the aspects of personnel, product, market, enterprise culture.Secondly, summarize experience of foreign consumer finance companies through the analysis of the practice of foreign consumer finance:1) provide diversified product and multiple-service; 2) target customers widely; 3) distribution network flexibility; 4) for industrial operation; 5) examine the process of scientific and efficient; 6) the speed and scale of development can not be too fast.Finally, reference of the analysis of company F above and foreign experience, explore the countermeasures and suggestions for the further development of the company, then propose the company should develop diversified products, expand the rural market, control the human cost, make full use of the data, using the core system and Internet technology to deal with problems of the development of the company from multiple angles of products, marketing, personnel, risk control and other, to provide protection for the company further sustained and rapid development.Through the above analysis and Research on the development of F company and the corresponding countermeasures, aiming to provide reference for the development of F Consumer Finance Companies and similar companies.
