The Study On The Development Strategy Of The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Government To Guide The Industry Investment Fund

The concept of industrial investment fund originated in foreign private equity funds (Private Equity Fund). Theindustry investment fund refers to a kind of benefit sharing and risk sharing of equity collective investment system which provide management servicesfor unlisted companies. It is an investment and financing system innovation. China’s Industrial Investment Fund is not longbut hasa huge space ofdevelopment. It is also being encouraged by the provincial and municipal governments.The Industry Investment Fund as an effective financing tool has an important significance. Itwill ease the financing difficulties of enterprises, guideand optimize the industrial structure, standardizefinancial investment in the competitive field mode, promote economic and social development in Inner Mongolia. In the past two years, the Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous focused on the establishment of a multi-industrial investment funds only, but the Inner Mongolia Industrial Investment Fund is objectively in the embryonic and exploratory stage. It has become an important issue for the government to guide and promote the development of industrial investment fund.In this paper, the developmentstrategy ofthe Inner Mongolia Autonomous governmentto guide the industrial investment fund is regarded as the research object. It expounds the basic conceptand related theories of industrial investment fund, analyzes the necessity of the governmentguidancefor the development of industrial investment fund, introducesthe present situation of the development of the Inner Mongolia industry investment fund. And it also analyzesthe advantage, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the development of theInner Mongolia Industrial Investment Fund with the SWOT tool through a questionnaire survey. Based on the actual situation inInner Mongolia, it proposed the development strategy for the guidance of the Inner Mongolia Autonomousgovernmentin reference to the development experience of domestic and foreign industrial investment fund.
