| China’s banking insurance products business in the rapidly developing in recent years,banking and industry sales agent has become the main channel for insurance companies to bring huge profits. However, the ensuing simplification insurance products, the main agent relationship is not clear, the agent bank of misleading sales and other issues, making the residents of banks’ willingness to purchase insurance products decreased, satisfaction decreased, which led to the introduction of bank insurance products difficult development.The perspective of this study, mainly from the perspective of customer satisfaction, cut from the problems consumers are most concerned,and offer some suggestions to the operation of bank insurance products.The topic of this paper is the analysis of the satisfaction degree of the residents in Guangyuan City, Sichuan province, the main research contents of this paper are divided into five main chapters. Introduction to the first chapter of the first through the research of bank insurance products, extracted from the previous research program as well as the dynamics of domestic and foreign literature research; the second chapter from the insurance product itself has attributes, the satisfaction of the basic theory of the several aspects to analyze the theoretical foundation of the study of banking and insurance products satisfaction research; in the third chapter, we study the analysis of the main factors affecting the bancassurance product satisfaction. The fourth chapter is the most important part of this article, the author collected through field research to Sichuan Province Guangyuan City, district residents basic family circumstances, of Bancassurance product knowledge and customer satisfaction with the bank insurance products data First, the data were descriptive analysis, then used the SPSS20.0 software to analyze the data, to arrive at the main factors that affect the satisfaction of residents to buy bank insurance product’s satisfaction. The main content of the fifth chapter is through the conclusion drawn in the empirical research to find the problems that restrict the development of the bank insurance products and services set to bank insurance products, insurance, premium, insured amount, rate of return and the bankinsurance products such as propaganda of implementation of the recommendations. |
