| With the development of the national economy,people’s requirements for the quality of life are also improved.Under this social environment,the insurance industry has become one of the sunrise industries in China’s economic development,and the competition of insurance intermediary companies derived from the insurance industry is becoming more and more intense.Under the influence of the development of market diversification and the upgrading of consumer demand,insurance intermediary companies can not attract customers only by insurance products,and the decline of customer satisfaction has become an important factor affecting the development of insurance intermediary industry.Based on this,this paper first combs the literature research results related to customer satisfaction of insurance intermediary enterprises at home and abroad,and takes this as the theoretical basis.Secondly,select Beijing insurance intermediary companies as the research sample,obtain the relevant data of customer satisfaction through investigation and research,and use the data analysis software spss 19.0 to conduct factor analysis on the collected data,Through empirical analysis,it is concluded that the factors affecting customer satisfaction of Beijing insurance intermediary companies mainly include product factors,service factors,customer perception factors and industry factors.Among them,product factors are divided into three dimensions:product cost performance,product packaging and product promotion,and service factors are divided into three dimensions:staff quality,service process and service level,Customer perception factors are divided into two dimensions:customer cognition and customer expectation,and industry factors are divided into two dimensions:industry supervision and brand reputation.Finally,according to the results of empirical research,this paper puts forward countermeasures to effectively improve the customer satisfaction of Beijing insurance intermediary companies from three aspects:improving product quality,establishing customer-centered service mechanism and strengthening brand image construction,in order to improve the current situation of customer satisfaction of Beijing insurance intermediary companies,Then improve the development advantages of China’s Insurance Companies in the insurance intermediary market,and provide a certain reference direction for the same type of enterprises in the insurance intermediary industry. |
