Analysis Of The Current Situation And Problems Of Attracting FDI In Henan Province

With the rapid development of economic globalization, foreign direct investment(hereinafter referred to as FDI),which takes multi-national corporation as the main body,plays a more and more important role in economic development and enters a new stage of development.After China’s entry into WTO,foreign direct investment has injected new vitality into China’s economic development,especially in promoting the development of regional economy, and has become the key factor of economic development. As an important province in central China,Henan Province has a very important significance for the overall development of the country.Although Henan province to attract the overall size of the FDI has increased,but the quality of FDI is not high,the scale is small,the structure is not reasonable,the construction of industrial agglomeration development is slow, the investment environment also needs to be improved.Therefore, to seize new opportunities for national economic construction, Henan must give full play to the functions of the government,strengthen planning guidance to foreign investment,improve the quality and level of FDI,to attract FDI and economic development of Henan Province closely. In the country "The Belt and Road" strategy background,has important significance to attract and use foreign capital problem research of Henan Province.This paper combed the FDI related literature,to systematic study of the status quo of Henan Province attracting FDI,and then through the analysis of the factors of investment,summing up the advantage of attracting FDI in Henan Province,and find out the problems in the process of attracting FDI in Henan Province, finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of improve the level of Henan Province attracting FDI,to promote steady economic growth in Henan Province.This paper will be divided into six parts:the first part is introduction,introduces the research background and significance of this paper,combing the related literature both at home and abroad about FDI,also pointed out in this paper,the research contents,research methods and innovation points;The second part of FDI theories overview;The third part introduces the present situation of Henan Province attracting FDI; The fourth part of Henan Province attracting FDI investment elements is analyzed; The fifth part during the process of the problems existing in the Henan Province attracting FDI; The last part puts forward some countermeasures to improve the level of Henan Province attracting FDI,the feasibility of Suggestions,in order to better promote the economic development of Henan Province.
