A Study On Foreign Investor Financial Risk Management Of Mongolian BOT Project

In recent years, Mongolia needs expanding infrastructure construction, infrastructure investment and financing system of traditional rely too much on about the government’s financial capital, capital utilization ratio is lower, under construction and the operational efficiency of the project, the lack of competition consciousness, caused the overall infrastructure development serious lag behind the development of social economy, unable to provide social need of public products and public services. BOT financing mode as a kind of special rights agreement privatization, effectively alleviate the Mongolia financial fund shortage and big infrastructure investment demand contradiction.
