Along with the progress of the motor engineering in the end of nineteenth Century, human beings began to introduce electric power into industry and family, and to provide service for life and production.According to the China Federation of electric power companies report shows that during the twelfth five year period, China’s investment in the industrial area of electricity will exceed 5 trillion yuan, compared with the "five eleven" period increased by about 2 trillion yuan, an increase of 68%. And to the "Twelfth Five Year" period, China’s total power installed capacity will exceed 14 billion kilowatts, the average annual growth rate of 8.5%. The report also pointed out that by 2020 China’s total installed capacity of generators will exceed 18 billion kilowatts, the average annual growth rate of 5.6%.From this can be seen, China’s power demand is huge. However, the construction of electric power projects is often characterized by capital intensive, the demand for power projects is huge, and the demand for capital is higher, but the traditional single power project financing is increasingly difficult to meet the demand for power projects.,the contradiction between the rapid development of the power industry and the separation of the power project funding support is becoming clear. In the current and future development of the new situation, the construction of power projects will become a key issue in the construction of power projects. Along with the continuous deepening of the reform of the financial system in our country, how to introduce a wide range of financing in the construction of the project, so that enterprises can reduce the efficiency, optimize the structure of assets and liabilities and improve the financial level, promote the construction of large projects more good development, will become a topic worthy of study and discussion.In this paper, the project financing way to sort out, and the introduction of large-scale L hydropower project as a case, through the analysis of the existing project financing mode, the paper puts forward the problem of the existing financing mode, and puts forward suggestions on the basis of the optimization.
