Rural finance is an important part of China’s financial system. By 2015, the central document clearly pointed out that the economic development of our country entered the new normal, in the background of the economic slowdown continue to strengthen the position of agriculture as the foundation of the economy, promote the sustainable growth of farmers’ income is a major issue that must be solved. To solve the problem of farmers’ loan is the key link of the construction of "three rural".The supply of Rural Micro Credit in China has been decreasing year by year. This is determined by the low amount of farmers loans, high operating costs, low expected income, credit risk uncertainty and other characteristics of the decision. The crux of the problem lies in the agriculture related financial institutions to credit to farmers scientific judgment, which makes it difficult to control the risk of loans to farmers. At present, the agriculture related financial institutions influence factors of farmers’ credit awareness is not uniform and lack of scientific and integrity. Therefore, it is a subject that has practical significance and economic significance to analyze the factors that affect farmers’ credit scientifically and reasonably by using the available information of farmers’ loan.In this study, based on six aspects of household characteristics, debt paying ability, operating conditions, loans, the credibility of the case, the affect factors of Hohhot city farmer credit for statistical description and analysis, and according to the collected data, using logistic regression model analysis of the impact of call and Hohhot farmers credit significant factors. According to the analysis results, it is concluded that the cause of poor farmers’ credit level mainly rural medical security system is not perfect, agricultural production risks, farmers income channels are sluggish, poor farmers’ social capital and farmers lack of effective collateral and guarantees. According to the above reasons, we put forward the measures to improve rural health insurance system, promote agricultural insurance, broaden the channels of farmers’ income, innovate agricultural credit products and optimize the rural credit environment.
