The Research Of The Municipal Management Of Tengzhou City Under The Background Of Smart Government

In the past 30 years after the reform and open, domestic urbanization level has made significant progress. However, with the improvement of urbanization level, people’s increasing demand for material and culture has raised higher requirements for urban management, which causes a problem that traditional urban management mode can not satisfy the needs of present urban management. All kinds of problems emerge in endlessly. At the present time when a new generation of information technology such as big data, cloud computing, Internet of things and mobile Internet develops, how to employ these technologies to solve these existing problems in urban management has been the main object of studies for most scholars. Aiming at exploring the urban management, this thesis intends to investigate how to solve the problems of urban management in Tengzhou Shandong province from a brand-new prospective. It is divided into six parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background and significance. Based on the domestic and foreign researches of urban management, this thesis explains its research thoughts, research contents, methods, structures and innovative points.Relevant conceptions and theoretical basis will be expounded in the second part. It firstly states some relevant conceptions including city, urban management and smart government. Then it elaborates the main content of Good governance theory and its integrating points with urban management, and the connection of informatization with urban management.The third part gives empirical analysis of the current situation of urban management in Tengzhou City and existing problems. In the first half, it simply introduces the basic information of Tengzhou City and urban management. In the second half, it elaborates the existing problems of urban management in Tengzhou City and the reasons why these problems appear.The fourth part tells what people can learn from some advanced experiences from home and abroad about urban management.Based on the analysis of the typical examples of urban management and then summarizes advanced experiences that can be made reference.The fifth part is about the optimizing path for the urban management in Tengzhou City under the background of smart government. For Tengzhou City management problems, using Good governance theory, information technology and a new generation of information technology to solve the management problems based on the background of smart government.The last part concludes the research contents, points out the shortcomings of this study and looks forward to the further research.This thesis tries to realize the innovation from two aspects. Firstly, the perspective strives to innovate. Urban management problems is the problem that the party, country and numbers of scholars pay much attention to. This thesis studies urban management issues in smart government perspective. The perspective satisfies the needs of the society development and highlights novelty. Secondly, the research content strives to be innovative. This thesis intends to investigate how to solve the problems of urban management in Tengzhou Shandong province with a new generation of information technology based on the background of smart government. To supplement the content of scholars who have not studied in urban management previously. The thesis studies strategies of solving urban management issues with a new generation of information technology and the strategies strive to be adaptive and operative.
