Research Of Power Enterprise Financial Risk Assessment And Early Warning

Listed power companies face a variety of financial risk in the practical operation, if processing is not timely or improper handling may trigger a financial crisis. So the financial risk assessment and early warning mechanism makes the financial risk to minimize the damage degree,so the financial risk assessment and early warning and has great application value.The paper takes financial risks of electric power enterprises as the object of the research, and then proposes a method for power enterprise financial risk assessment and early warning. The main research process is described as follows:First of all, we study and analysis the financial warning research situation in domestic and oversea, and then summarize various methods of index selection and model research. Secondly, to establish a financial risk assessment and early warning index system:to our country existing listed power companies as the research object, through the analysis of the financial risk of listed power company,chose the five major categories of financial risk evaluation index to alternative indicators. Thirdly, by using the improved close to the ideal solution to the global principal component risk evaluation model, and listed power enterprise financial data as the analysis object, analysis and verification. Finally, based on the theory of BP neural network, based on the relevant knowledge of financial management and financial early warning, to establish the BP neural network of electric power enterprise financial risk early warning model, and analysis of additional momentum method and adaptive learning rate mathematical model, and applies the method in this paper, the risk early warning model, using the relevant data is analyzed and validated. Finally, the paper concludes the research results of this study, and forecasts the directions and contents of subsequent research.The research results of this paper is helpful to improve listed electric power enterprise financial management present situation in our country, especially in the aspect of financial risk assessment and early warning can guide the enterprise’s financial management, in the reality of the electric power enterprise management has wide practical prospect.
