Asset securitization, as a new financial instrument, is known as one of the most successful financial innovation which played a significant positive role in the transfer, dissolve, disperse risk last years. Sine the beginning of the year 2014, China’s asset securitization has ushered in a period of vigorous development. An important milestone was the issuance of commercial bank credit asset-backed securities allowed to implement the registration system. The focus of this paper is to study the operational impacts about how securitization of credit assets influence the banks’ liquidity risk.Based on this, the paper used the listed banks in China as samples,study the impact of asset securitization of China’s commercial banks’ liquidity risk right from both theoretical and empirical research. At first, based on the review of existing research results at home and abroad,we conduct the credit asset securitization motivation mechanism analysis from the impact of asset-backed securities issued and operation of commercial banks. Then, we choose the appropriate variables to build the model. At last,we do empirical research on this issue by using the econometric models with these time panel datas, and we advise to promote the process of asset securitization of commercial bank credit recommendations based on research findings.
