| With the housing accumulation fund system to promote the reform of housing system of our country, improve the Chinese characteristics of policy housing finance system, play an active role in resolving the housing difficulties of the hundreds of millions of people. In this paper, through the analysis of main types and provident fund loan risks of provident fund loans risk subject behavior, establish and improve the housing accumulation fund loan risk early warning mechanism, to quantify the selected 24 indicators. According to the general classification principle, the risk grade of the loan risk score and the warning level are determined. The risk of housing loans and commercial loans risk of comparative analysis, induction housing loan risk and unique features, and analyzes the specific problems of Xiangxi state housing provident fund loan risk, to build a science, comprehensive Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture of housing provident fund loans risk early warning index system.
