In recent years, with the development of Wuhan steadily rising prices, Wuhan City provident fund loans because of simple procedures, low interest rates, not deny deny loans housing (times only to the provident fund for loans to make sure), to obtain the widespread attention, the attention not only from property buyers, but also from many scholars. The current status of Wuhan City Statistics, loan to buy a house, if the pen number calculation, far more than commercial loans provident fund loans, many people enjoy provident fund loans policy, through the back, pay, and other illegal means to obtain false payment of provident fund loans, this kind of loan applicants in the future will risk. Therefore, in Wuhan City housing provident fund loan risk management imminent.This paper firstly expounds the provident fund system development history and theoretical support; then describes the present situation of Wuhan City housing provident fund, and from the angle of risk in Wuhan housing provident fund loans are analyzed, and then, combining with the working experience, learn from commercial banks to the relevant theories of financial risk by management and related management methods, to explore the related strategy to avoid and reduce the risk of housing accumulation fund loan of wuhan. The main work and achievements are as follows:(1) through analysis of the present situation of Wuhan City housing provident fund loans and the operating status of the Wuhan city first found provident fund loans accounted for nearly 97%; provident fund loans to support object mainly for low-income workers family, the provident fund loans to the crowd mainly concentrated in the 20-40 years old young and middle-aged people; loan capital flows is mainly basic below 120 square metres of housing with the gradual expansion of the collection surface; and the rapid increase in the size of loans, the potential risk is obviously rising and increasing trend, loans overdue rate also skyrocketed. Therefore, how to reduce and has important significance to prevent Wuhan City housing provident fund loan risk.(2) is found by analyzing the market risk, loan risk, policy risk, the object of legal risk, mortgage risk, operation risk is the main risk facing the Wuhan City housing provident fund loans. Through the questionnaire survey found that risk index is the highest possibility of forward delivery housing risk; second is the risk of collateral disposal program; in turn, and houses the repeated mortgage risk, economic risk, policy changes caused by entrusting policy risk etc.. While the system caused by operational risk, legal risk, caused by the imperfect personnel caused by operational risk, housing ownership is not clear, resulting in the risk of borrower risk, operation flow induced changes in marriage risk at home or in Wuhan city every year will occasionally happen, so in the process of risk management also cannot let down. Risk index is the highest risk principal policy; second is the risk of collateral disposal program; in turn, and the operational risk, system induced flow caused by operational risk. But the law is not perfect the risk, the risk of forward delivery housing, economic policy induced changes in risk, personnel induced operational risk may also cause some loss, therefore in the process of risk management also cannot let down.(3) the possibility and the risk of occurrence losses caused by combining the overall consideration, found in Wuhan City housing provident fund loan risk control should focus on is the risk caused by risk and internal operation policy risk, legal risk, the forward delivery housing; secondly, the borrower marriage changes in risk, housing ownership is not clear cause the risk of housing mortgage risk, repeat these three indicators although after risk caused by the loss of small, but a higher likelihood of occurrence, also should cause the Wuhan City housing provident fund management center of attention. According to Wuhan City housing provident fund loan risk evaluation results, this study that Wuhan City housing provident fund management center should improve risk assessment system, establish the risk early warning mechanism; establish standard of Wuhan City housing provident fund loans personal credit rating; standardize loan process, strengthen risk control; the rich varieties of loans, increase the repayment, satisfy the differential demand; enable loan insurance system are the effective measures to prevent risks, to make the good development of Wuhan City housing provident fund loans.Conclusion the paper has certain pertinence, risk management of housing provident fund loans to Wuhan City housing provident fund management center also has a guiding role.
