A Study On The Application Of Finance Lease-based Securitization

After more than 20 years of rapid development and with the improvement of industry laws, Chinese financial leasing industry has gradually been perfected. However, due to the rapid expansion of the business, many finance leasing companies are facing the problem of shortage of funds. At the same time, due to regulatory requirements, the scale of financial leasing companies is greatly restricted by inadequate capital, in this case, the asset securitization, which can move assets off balance sheet, become the best choice for leasing companies.This paper mainly research on the application of asset securitization financing lease, and choose " Southern qiyuan far east horizon(tianjin)asset support special plan I " as the object of the case analysis.This paper deeply analyzes the securitization products from the aspect of product design, wishing to provide some suggestions for product improvement of finance leasing industry.Firstly, this paper describes the basic theory of asset securitization and the motivation of finance leasing companies to develop securitization financing. Secondly, introduce the products of the asset pool, the transaction structure, the product design and the credit enhancement means. Lastly, this paper focuses on the statistical information of the asset pool, financing cost and risk prevention measures, and concludes with some suggestions for improvement of product and macroeconomic policy.
