Salary management is one of the important content of enterprise management, scientific and reasonable salary system can not only save the manpower resource cost for the enterprise, but also highlight the advantage status of enterprises in the same industry enterprises, help enterprises to attract the best employees and introduce talents that the enterprises need. With the development of market economy more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to their own salary system optimization problems. With the aggravation of the market competition, the competition among the banks is becoming more and more fierce,the focus of competition is gathered in the contest of talents. Which bank has a high quality, rich knowledge structure, staff stability of the staffs which company will have an advantage in the competition. If you want to be in an invincible position in the fierce market competition, you need to organically combine the interests of enterprises and employees to their own interests, exert the incentive function of compensation system to employees establish a compensation system that is suitable for its own development.Under the guidance of the compensation management theory, this paper chooses the Qingdao F Branch of China Commercial Bank as the research object the visiting survey,through visiting to investigate the F Branch of the current salary system, from analyzing the present situation and problems of the compensation system of F Branch, points out that the bank’s existing compensation standard is not clear, lack of targeted incentives, incentive problems such as lack of long-term mechanism and on the basis of the existing compensation system points out that the bank according to the needs of the development of the market, in line with the principle of fair justice, according to the post and the size of the contribution to the bank employees, perfect the current salary structure, post elaboration and evaluation, optimization of bonus and welfare system, through these measures make the Qingdao F Branch of China Commercial Bank salary structure will be more suitable for employees and the enterprise development needs, in order to improve the management benefit and sustainable development ability of the bank.
