Real estate is the pillar of our national economy, and also has an important influence on the people’s living standards. Real estate industry production cycle long,strong industry relevance, in the expansion of domestic demand, promote economic growth effect is very obvious, the most important real estate industry is a capital intensive industry, the extent of the real estate capital is a measure of real estate industry to mature as the main criteria. Since 2012,our GDP grows slowly, a large number of real estate companies have begun to emerge, the real estate industry facing unprecedented pressure of competition, some real estate companies in order to stabilize investor confidence, regardless of the to the users of financial information provide false financial report, which not only seriously affects the operation of the capital market, but also seriously affects the interests of the users of accounting information. Therefore need to improve the real estate listed companies accounting information transparency to the stability of the capital market operation efficiency and enhance investor confidence,the real estate listed company accounting information transparency and operating performance of less, in this context, research on real estate, the relationship between the two can not only to China’s listed real estate companies sounded the alarm, to prevent real estate financial fraud cases, and at the same time, it is of great theoretical value and practical significance.Based on the research status at home and abroad on the principal-agent theory,information asymmetry theory and signal transfer theory, effective market hypothesis,using the method of combination of theory and empirical research, the relationship between accounting information transparency in China’s real estate listing Corporationand business performance, based on China’s real estate industry characteristics, using the panel data of Shenzhen stock exchange 154 Real Estate Company 2012-2014 is on the basis of the construction of business performance from the profitability, solvency and operational capacity, development capacity, cash flow capacity and market share and other aspects of the comprehensive evaluation index, the transparency of accounting information on the credit rating evaluation results of Shenzhen Stock Exchange to measure the real estate listing Corporation, and as independent variables,regression model construction of the relationship between the real estate listing Corporation accounting information transparency and the performance of the two, in the regression model of ANOVA analysis and co linearity test based on concluded. The results show that: improve the real estate listed companies’ accounting information transparency, to reduce the company’s financing cost and supervision cost, thus improve the performance in a certain extent.
