SME(Small and medium-sized enterprise) financing difficulty is a worldwide problem. Exploring the financing problem of SME, seeking the solution strategy, easing the pressure on the development of the enterprise, and promoting the healthy development of the enterprise, is a major issue to maintain the healthy operation of macro economy and social stability. At present, although the government has adopted a series of measures for the financing difficulties of SME, but because the operability of the policy is not strong, the development of SME are still faced with many constraints, in a "dilemma" situation, on the one hand because of their lack of competitiveness, financial system is not perfect, the operation risk and other self reasons, on the other hand, because social environment is not fair, the credit system is not perfect.C company is the domestic independent research and development and production and sales for the integration of high-tech enterprises, specializing in the research, development, production and sales of CNC, according to the company development plan, the current financing has been unable to meet the requirements of enterprise development, financing problem has become a breakthrough in the key of enterprise development bottleneck.The case in this paper, through the analysis about the present situation of development and financing, we found the C company exists in many problems, such as the fund-raising unreasonable capital structure, the funding gap larger and financing difficulty, narrow and single financing channel. Through to collecting and combing of related literature, the author finds out the enterprise external financing conditions, not only including banks and government aspects of environmental analysis, but also dissolving the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, such as small and medium-sized enterprise financing channel multiplication of America and Japan’s experience in small and medium-sized enterprise financing and financing lease in the developing countries such as Philippines. This paper probes into the paths of its financing strategy optimization, and the choice of the financing channels and financing ability. C enterprise financing should be according to the actual needs of the change of market environment and business, the internal financing, external financing for medium and long-term fund should maintain a proper proportion. At the same time, in order to guarantee the smooth implementation of financing strategy, we need to establish a modern enterprise management system to strengthen their own reform, standardize the financial management system to improve the use efficiency of funds, strengthen the concept of credit reframing credit.Financing difficulties of C company are the micro mapping of development of many small and medium enterprises. If the problem of C company can be solved, it can provide more reference for the healthy and sustainable development of SME.
