With the rapid development of China’s economy, finance has become the core of China’s economic development, along with the development of the world economy more and more closely, the outbreak of the economic crisis in the world, on China’s financial industry also produced huge influence. In China’s financial industry, the bank is the dominance of world economic fluctuations in recent years so that we pay more attention to the risk of commercial banks. Because of the global financial crisis triggered by sub-prime mortgage crisis in 2007 has also spread to the financial industry of our country, due to the decline in the macroeconomic environment, credit deterioration of the environment, more bad loans in the bank, it will seriously affect the our country financial industry health steady development. So the evaluation of the value of the bank’s non-performing assets is gradually valued by the industry. Due to the international standards of non-performing financial assets valuation methods. For example: cost method, market method, income method are not fully applicable to China’s non-performing assets of financial evaluation, so explore is also important for China’s non-performing assets of financial evaluation method. The core of this method is using the analytic hierarchy process, through the analysis of the related cases, taking into account the willingness to repay the non-financial factors, to evaluate the debt financial bad assets to more accurate and comprehensive evaluation results.
