Assets appraisal has been become indispensable intermediary trade of the market economy already. But,the number of agencies of asset evaluation and related evaluators that are involved in litigation increases continuously, indicates that the evaluation industry is a high-risk industry and appraisers take on more and more risk. As a result, both the evaluation agencies and related evaluators and the management departments are looking forward to finding ways to avoid the risks to decrease the number of such cases,no matter what they take into consideration,self-regard or maintaining the healthy development of the industry. The previous achievements of studies about the risks of practice of asset evaluation are positive analysis. The text combines AHP and factor analysis,a reasonable evaluation index system is presented in this paper.Firstly, choosing six risk indicators:data integrity、item types still needs some evaluation、the client has any additional or not for assessment result、the appraisal institution size、the years of the appraisal institution had been set up、the number of CPA at appraisal institution.Applying Factor analysis to analyze 40 cases, using the factor contribution to the APH basis.Secondly, the AHP model is established based on the analytical hierarchy process, determine the weights of the various risk factors, reached a formula A which can quantify the risks of practice of asset evaluation.Lastly, establish the highest risk threshold P of the ratings agencies which can bear,by comparing the amplitude of A and P toevaluate principal project risks quantitatively. After reached a formula which can quantify the risks of practice of asset evaluation, choosing a project which will accept to show the applying in practice. And raises some suggestions to resist the practice risk from the risk factor point of view.
