Accompany with the rapid development of the social economy and the deepen reform of fiscal administration system, financial revenue and expenditure continue to increase, and the funds of the government-invested projects is also growing quickly. The public pay high attention to the effect of the financial investment assessment on the management of government-invested projects. But there are some problems hinder the development of financial investment assessment, therefore, it would be an important research topic.In order to promote the comprehensive strength and economic development quality, more key capital constructions will be carried out. It require ministry of finance of A district to play an important role by using financial investment assessment to manage and control key capital constructions. On the basis of research results of the financial investment assessment theory, this article introduced the current management situation of the financial investment assessment of A district, summed up the questions about the financial investment assessment for key infrastructure projects, such as the system administration problems, management mode problems and professional management team problems, in order to give some advice on how to improve financial investment assessment for key infrastructure projects of A district. By improving the financial investment assessment system administration, widen the fields of financial investment assessment and reinforce the management of the human resources, it allows further development of financial investment assessment of A district, in order to give good advices for government to make investment decisions and manage the key infrastructure projects better.
