The Analysis Of Investment Attractiveness Of Ukraine For China

Relationship of the People’s Republic of China(China – next) and Ukraine are connected by long-standing history and identic cultural and social values. China and Ukraine have many common factors in politics, economics and cultural spheres despite they geographically locate in different parts of the Earth: China is situated in Eastern Asia while Ukraine is the state of Eastern Europe. Chinese–Ukrainian relationship is filled by deep and strong historical traditions that follow de jure de facto. Ukraine became independent country on August 24 th 1991.China was one of the first states recognized independence of Ukraine on December 27 th 1991. The Diplomatic relations were established on January 4th 1992. [1] The legal basis of bilateral relations includes more than 290 documents which deepen and develop strategic friendly relations between Ukraine and China and outline the main directions of further development of Ukrainian- Chinese cooperation. [2]At the present time Ukraine is going through hard times. For last two years Ukraine is fighting for own independence, against annexation of Crimea, defendants fundamental right on sovereignty, territorial indivisibility and inviolability. In spite of de facto military situation in Donbas region(Eastern Ukraine) at the present time Ukraine still remains investment-attractive state for international society. In subsequent years Ukraine will take shape of strong law-state with own traditional values and strong clear legislative sector based on European integration and international globalization.Ukrainian-Chinese investment relationship is strategically important as for both states as for international society because it will normalize the present economic destabilization, escape global economic crisis and at the same time it will restore the health of economy of Ukraine as the state with a lot of natural and human resources and China as sustainable state with large financial capital.
