Since October 1,2006, after executing the railway line repair rules, the regulation that curve section which radius is less than 300 meters should not be laid concrete sleepers has been canceld. The use of concrete sleepers on small radius curve is expanding. Although, through the modification of concrete sleeper fasteners on small radius curve can meet the requirement of track gauge widening of the curve.There still exists special diseases after using concrete sleepers on small curve, such as the track gauge cannot maintened caused by crushed shoulder, the conquassation of rail ditch, track guage cannot keep well, the huge workload of repair, having a seriously impact on railway framework stiffness and working life.Therefore,in view of the use of concrete sleepers on small radius curve in our country nowdays, on one hand, we can use regular line sleepers directly, which leads to the huge maintenance workload on curve section, the short service life. Thus, wooden sleepers have been used in return.On the other hand, the transformed sleepers can be used on small radius curve, but still cannot popularized because of very kinds of problems.In this article, through the analyzation of current situation of the general concrete sleepers on small radius curve.And discuss the key technical issues of existing concrete sleepers and fastening system on small radius curve. After a comprehensive analysis, based on this features that track guage should be widened on small radius curve, the gradually graded of widening and the track guage should be changed after the side wear of rail.Combined with sleeper and fastening system structure, we can make an optimal design and check the calculation. At the same time, I conduct the trail laying and assembling of sleepers and fasteners on small radius curve in HengYang track maintenance division.Aimed at the effect of trail laying, we can make an analysis summary. Through the trail laying and the observation of its effect, it reached the developed target and effect fundamentally. The railway framework stiffness has been strengthened, the geometry size of track has a long period of retention and overcome diseases of common concrete sleepers, providing the reference and basis for the daily maintenance of small radius curve in track maintenance division.And reduce the workload, improve the work efficiency, reduce the maintenance costs.
