In recent years,subway has been developing rapidly in our country.Subway takes on the more important task of urban passenger transport,and plays an important role in solving the problem of urban public transport and facilitating people’s travel.However,in the actual operation,because there are many small radius curves,the curve line setting has a lot of adverse effects on the operation.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the setting of lines and tracks in the small radius curve of metro,to analyze the dynamic response law of vehicles and tracks in the small radius curve of metro under various conditions,and to analyze the methods to reduce the adverse response,so as to provide reference for the design and actual operation of metro lines.On the basis of metro vehicles and lines,this paper establishes the dynamic model of Metro small radius curve vehicle line,studies the influence of small radius curve parameters on metro vehicle track performance;based on the prediction method of rail profile wear,in order to reduce the outer rail side wear of metro small radius curve,the optimization measures are proposed(1)With the increase of the train speed on the curve with small radius of metro,the interaction between wheel and rail is intensified from the time domain analysis,and the safety and comfort of the train are better at the equilibrium speed;at the equilibrium speed,the outer rail of the curve has the largest abrasion,and the abrasion of the rail on both sides of the equilibrium speed is better;from the frequency domain analysis,the main frequency of wheel rail force and vehicle acceleration is mainly low frequency,and the speed increases,the main frequency is slightly increased.(2)With the increase of the radius of the circular curve on the small radius curve of the subway,the wheel rail interaction,the safety and comfort of the train and the wear performance of the rail on the curve are greatly improved from the time domain analysis;from the frequency domain analysis,the main frequency of the wheel rail force and the acceleration of the vehicle body are mainly low frequency,the radius increases,the main frequency remains unchanged,only the power spectral density amplitude is changed.(3)With the aggravation of the side abrasion of the outer rail of the curve on the small radius curve of the subway,the analysis in the time domain is unfavorable to the wheel rail interaction and operation safety,while the change of the train operation comfort is small;in the frequency domain,the main frequency of the wheel rail force and the acceleration of the vehicle body is mainly low frequency,the side abrasion of the outer rail of the curve is aggravating,and the main frequency of each index will appear low frequency and low frequency on both sides of the original main frequency high frequency components.(4)When LM tread is matched with 60 kg rail,the rail wear performance is better when the rail bottom slope is 1/30;when S1002 tread is matched with 60 kg rail,the rail wear performance is better when the rail bottom slope is 1/40;when LM tread and S1002 tread are matched with 60 kg rail respectively,the rail wear performance is better when LM tread is selected than S1002 tread.(5)Reducing the friction coefficient of the rail on the curve with small radius can effectively reduce the rail wear and prolong the service life of the rail;in actual operation,lubrication should be applied at different positions of the curve rail in different stages to achieve good results.(6)60kg rail should be used in metro line,its profile wear resistance is better than 60 N rail and uic60 rail.
