Nowdays, UAV is widely used in various areas, but lightweight UAV catapult has failed to meet the needs of related fields.The paper designed a new type of fluid ejection system for medium and heavy unmanned aerial vehicles.The machine uses a new type of acceleration equipment, the UAV’s highest quality is 300 kg can be catapulted. In addation, the paper analyzed its dynamic characteristics during firing of the simulation analysis and designed its structural of growth means, verified the feasibility of the system in theory.Firstly, by comparing the relevant research results, according to the design tasks of subject and the specific functional requirements of the aircraft ejection system which expected to achieve, proposed several catapult program and analyze its strengths and weaknesses in theory to determine the final ejection scheme, and analyzed its working principle of the launching system in detail, calculated its initial design parameters, Initially established its three-dimensional model of the aircraft hydraulic system growth apparatus by SolidWorks.Secondly, analyzed the factors of ejection process in detail, determined the primary and secondary,considered its main factors, merge or ignore secondary factors that could determine the simplified model of the system.And based on this model,analyzed the flow of power in the process of ejection in detail, drew a flowchart of power and then got the power bond graph and equation of state to determine the mathematical model.Analysis and comparethe advantages and disadvantages of several commonly used mathematical models,It comes that use fixed step size fourth-order Runge-Kutta method to solve this mathematical model is feasible. After determining the initial value of the parameters and constraints, use MATLAB software to set up ejection process’ s simulation model and analysis its simulation results, simulation results are confirmatory analysis.Using single factor transformation, analyzed the laws of ejection performance in the process of ejection by changing the cylinder diameter, accumulator volume, air pressure in accumulator, oil-filled pressure accumulator, UAV and tackle quality, rope diameter.Then through the comparative analysising of the trend curve got the helpful results which expose the law of influences of related parameters the system concluded.Finally, throughanalysis the results of simulation and various parameters calculated on the influence of the ejection system performance, combined with the design requirements of the system, the to determine the reasonable value of the main operating parameters of the system ejection process, and then use SolidWorks 3D software to determine the ultimateacceleration equipment structure.
