The ejection seat is the key equipment of aviation survival and rescue,and its protection technology influences directly on the pilots in their life security and survival and rescue effect after the aircraft gets into danger.The dependability and validity of ejection seat system protection technology determines the level of aviation survival and rescue.Through installing all kinds of protection devices,the security of ejection seat system escape can be promoted,so the protection technology and device development of ejection seat system have higher military value and engineering application value.At present,the countries all over the world pay close attention to the analysis and optimization of ejection seat system,and the relevant research institutions regard mostly the ejection seat system as the research objects to make the researches on state monitoring of high-speed air current impact and human injury mechanism and then to make an approach to the effective protection methods.However,our country's research means and protection measures of ejection seat system lag behind the advanced international standards,and there are still a lot of fields to be explored in this research work.In this dissertation,regards our country's some type of ejection seat as the research object.Through analyzing the mechanical characteristic of its high-speed outside flow fields,according to the basic principles of protection,install it deflector protection device and analyze its protection effect with the numerical simulation,confirm every condition,outside flow fields,and mechanical change laws of numerical simulation,propose the optimization scheme based on the deflector protection technology,build the geometirc model of ejection seat system,make the high-accuracy grid partition with the curved surface model,and provide and verify the effective install method of deflector device with CFD technology.The experimental result indicates that this design scheme can achieve the goal to protect the human body effectively.The main research work in this dissertation is as follows.(1)Research the domestic and international ejection seats and their protection technology.Introduce the concepts of aviation survival and rescue,ejection escape,protection etc.,summarize the development course of international aviation survival and rescue equipment,Place an emphasis on researching the protection technology and measures of domestic and international ejection seat systems,and pinpoint the research goal and task.(2)Research the outside flow field characteristic of ejection seat system with numerical simulation.Make an in-depth approach to the outside flow field numerical simulation of ejection seat system on the control equation and its space-time discrete method,the turbulence model selection,and the border condition determination,etc.Select the scale adaptive simulation method,to research the flow field characteristic of aviation pilot-chair system under many kinds of states,and to explore the injury mechanism to human body from the upper-level airflow of ejection seat system.(3)Make a mechanical analysis of ejection seat system.Make a qualitative analysis of human surface pressure and a quantitative analysis of pressure coefficient on human head and neck,four limbs,chest and abdomen theoretically,to explore the pneumatic characteristic of ejection seat system with and without the sideslip attitude.(4)Design the protection device of some type of ejection seat system.Summarize the basic principle of human body protection;on the basis of referencing the protection technology of foreign advanced ejection seats,through designing and installing the deflector,explore the routes and methods to improve the protection performance of our country's some type of ejection seat.(5)Verify and optimize the deflector protection with numerical simulation.Utilize the numerical simulation experiment method to verify the exactness and validity of design scheme;explore the installation optimization scheme in terms of the deflector installation,and verify the validity of optimization scheme with the experimental analysis.
