The traditional solid propellant component analysis methods are delay, in order to achieve the purpose of rapid test, a new and portable test method needs to be established. In this dissertation, the blending characteristics of solid propellant components were studied by near infrared(NIR) spectrum analysis technology. The blending of two solid components or three solid components of simulation propellant formulation system with water were tested. In the same time, the on-line detection of the materials is analyzed by using two different blending uniformity methods.First of all, the sample systems of two solid components with water were analyzed. The results show that the PVB, MA and water system is optimized by means normalized spectral pretreatment, and their models were established by PLS. The model of PVB is the best, and its determination coefficient is 0.9888. In the system of MA, NC and water, the determination coefficients of the NC and MA model are 0.9976.Secondly, the sample systems of three solid components with water were analyzed. In the system of MA, PVB, Al, and water, the optimized spectral pretreatment method is standard normalization vector. The quantitative calibration model of MA is the best, and its determination coefficient is 0.9914. In the system of NC, RDX, NG and water, the optimized spectral pretreatment method is means normalized. The quantitative calibration model of MA is the best, and its determination coefficient is 0.9923.At last, the spectrums of the sample in the real time blending process were predicted by the models of three solid component and water. The component CV values and the total MBSD value of the sample were gradually smaller, and gradually stabilized with time, which showed that the blending of the sample was more uniform with the increase of time. It can be found that these two methods can judge the blending uniformity of the sample well. The results show that the analysis time using near infrared spectroscopy analysis technology is great shorter than the traditional analysis method. It is feasible to use near infrared(NIR) spectrum analysis technology to rapid quantitative test solid propellant component.
