Research On Decision-Making Quality Control System Of Multi-Specification & Small Batch

With the rapid development of productive forces, manufacturing enterprises also have changed the production mode from traditional mass production mode to multi-specification & small batch production mode. In multi-specification & small batch production mode, quality; control of products is still an important factor about the survival and development of enterprises, but because of the characteristics of multi-specification & small batch production mode, the traditional mass quality control method is difficult to directly apply to multi-specification & small batch production mode. In this study, research on the method of quality control and quality diagnosis technology of multi-specification & small batch production mode, and then design multi-specification & small batch quality control decision system,which surrounds the whole process of quality control and quality diagnosis.The main research works of this study are as follows:(1) Study on the particularity of multi-specification & small batch production mode, then give a kind of quality control method,which based on Bayes dynamic models and combined with statistical process quality control.Then establish quality SPC control chart which based on the Bayes characteristic dynamic model.Finally combining with the case to analysis.(2) Take the comparison of artificial intelligent diagnosis technology and research on Case Based Reasoning technology, according to the characteristics of multi-specification & small batch production mode,then selecting the CBR technology to design the quality diagnosis module of multi-specification & small batch production quality control decision system. Finally, using AHP to modify weight parameters.Making the CBR technology to support the quality diagnosis module for decision-making quality control system.(3) Based on the research of quality control methods and quality diagnosis technology to design the decision-making quality control system of multi-specification & small batch production quality control.(4)Making PM series cylinders production process of Xi’an KunLun hydraulic machinery factory as an example to verify the feasibility of the system.
