Research And Development On Management System Of Quality Control Based On Group Technology

This thesis first analyzes the significance and development condition of quality management. Aim at the characteristics and existence of problems in multiple species and small batch manufacturing, group technology and statistical process control is introduced. Apply to the family using process dividing and the data transform, monitor the manufacturing process by control charts and process capability index. Through the study of above technology, this text introduction the development of quality control management system based on group technology. Using ASP.NTT and B/S three configuration, adoption the ASP.NET technique B/S three structure, this made the constructor is more reasonable and realization is simpler. To some key and difficulty problem, the realization code is presented. This topic has importance of reality meaning.
