This paper is based on the background of the preparation of R&D of drill sampling device for the third phase of chinese lunar project. And research on vibration characteristics of rotary drive member of drill sampling device during the process of emission and land is did.Firstly, the paper analyzes the structure of rotary drive member and mechanical environment of each stage. The rotary drive member is divided into the redurer system and the rotor system. And the launch phase is considered as the basic conditions of theoretical study. Identification level vibration test conditions are Over Tset conditons which are disgned with a combination of load cases. Based on the test conditions, the load models are built and will be the input excitation of dynamics models. The rotor system is closely linked with the reduction gear. The reducer drive system dynamics model, a second order compound planetary gear transmission, is established by using lumped mass method while rotor system model built by using Lagrange method. The natural frequency and vibrations response of the two systems are solved through Matlab software programming and then analyzed.Several groups of vibration tests are done to examine theroy results. The results show that theoretical findings are consistent with the experimental results within the error allowable range. So the reasonableness and accuracy of the theoretical study conclusions are proved. Experimented error, input excitation error, the accuracy of dynamics models are analyzed to determine the influence level of all aspects of errors on research findings. And systematic error of rotor dynamics model brought by modeling program is fixed. At last, the applicability of research achievements and related methods is investigated to expand their application.
