In this paper, the unbalance distribution of the rotor is analyzed on the background of GyroWheel system. What’s more, the mathematical model of the dynamic unbalance of the gyroscope is established. Based on the established model, the influence coefficient method which is regarded as the basis of the identification and the trim of the unbalance for GyroWheel rotor is analyzed. And the analysis about the method on the separation of the static unbalance and couple unbalance has been raised in this paper. The method about the identification of the static unbalance and couple unbalance based on the eddyNCDT3010 sensors and the smartbalancer 2 respectively is also studied, both with the verification experiment about the algorithm.Firstly, the background of project and the research significance are introduced in this thesis, and the unbalance distribution of the GyroWheel rotor is analyzed. Through the analysis of the domestic and foreign status of the project, it can be known that whether their ways of solving these problems can be directly applied to the GyroWheel system. And it will have a good effect on how to use the correct and effective method to solve the problem.Secondly, as for the GyroWheel system, the mathematical model of the dynamic unbalance of the gyroscope has been set up based on the Newton-Euler method. Acoording to the simulation analysis, it provides the theoretical basis for the influence coefficient method and the static unbalance separation.Futhermore, the basic principle of influence coefficient method and the variation of amplitude phase vector synthesis are presented, as well as the principle and method of using the the eddyNCDT3010 sensors and the smartbalancer 2. Then the measuring principle of rotor angle and vibration of the shell are given and the identification of the static unbalance and couple unbalance of the GyroWheel rotor are analyzed in sequence.Finally, the two kinds of sensor data filtering algorithm: Correlation filtering method and FFT filtering method, are compared under experimental conditions. Using the designed Matlab dynamic unbalance identification software, the experiment of the identification of the static unbalance and couple unbalance is carried out. After analyzing the results of the experiment, the effectiveness of the identification algorithm is verified.
