This paper mainly studied the measurement system and test method of unbalance and centroid line of missile body,and designed a testing system for unbalance,centroid line and surface detection of missile body.The main problem was the vibration caused by the unbalance of the projectile flying in the air,the misalignment between the centerline of the rotation and the geometrical center of the missile body and the influence of the air flow on the trajectory of the missile body.Aiming at the main problems,the design of software algorithm,the design of hardware circuit,the design of data communication and the design scheme of portability were proposed.There were two parts in the measurement system of unbalance and centroid of projectile,and one part of it was the software of upper computer.The machine design was the main interface and algorithm of Microsoft Visual Studio 2010.NET programming software based on PC,mainly including missile unbalance amplitude phase detection,barycenter detection,line detection,body surface wave time domain analysis,frequency domain analysis,vibration waveform monitoring,system calibration,test data detection and compensation measurement vector calculation and other auxiliary parts.The other part was the acquisition and communication part of the lower computer.The machine was mainly based on STM32 detection and communication control center design,the lower machine mainly includes data acquisition card(STM32 and AD6706 acquisition module based on self-designed),explosion-proof charge amplifier circuit,automatic and filter circuit,PLL circuit,wireless communication circuit and power supply circuit and other auxiliary parts.The testing system also improved the portability,and the communication mode changed from the original wired communication mode to selection of wired communication mode and wireless communication mode,and can changed the original PC by the computer for industrial computer.It reduced the weight of the test system and was easy to carry and transplant.The communication data was transmitted by data encapsulation,which improved the integrity and reliability of data transmission,and improved the reliability and accuracy of the test system.In order to ensure the unbalance of the missile body and the reliability of the centroid line test system,each part of the test system was independently verified by experiments and verified by the whole experiment.The stability and reliability of the missile body unbalance and centroid line testing system were verified by experiments.
