| Arc plate is a plate to hold shells on the transporting vehicles. To ensure the assembly accuracy of the base with the arc plate, educe the collision skin abrasion of shells with it while transporting, the arc plate should have a high surface quality and dimensional accuracy. According to the actual production and processing of arc plates, crack and springback is the main defects. Therefore, the main contents of this paper is through theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, parameter optimization and experimental verification to study the laws of bending arc plates. then guiding the actual production process to ensure that the arc plate has a higher accuracy in stamping and avoids some defects.Based on the theory of material stamping, the stress and strain state of the arc plates while bending are analyzed, and the analysis formula of different regions are inferred. Reason for defects produced by bending is explained and the solution to it is put forward. Evaluation criteria to the stamping limit determined enables to analyze quantitatively for the defects. By tensile tests the stress-strain curves of 08 Al, Q390 and 35 steel are obtained, providing datas about the material model for finite element analysis later.Finite element model for arc plates of forming is established by Dynaform software, which is used to carry out the simulation of forming and springback process. The influence caused by different mold gap, flanging radius, punch speed, friction coefficient on staming and is obtained. The main defect is springback after stamping, thus the control measures to springback is put forward. The method of compensating the mold surface finally can finally get the reasonable mold which meets the accuracy requirements of arc plate.Optimizing the stamping process parameters for arc plates determine the overall optimization plan. The mathematical model of optimization for process parameters is established, including optimization objectives, selecting design variables and determining constraints. Orthogonal experiment is designed to get the main factors to influence the precision of arc plates stamping. In order to obtain the optimal parameter combination of continuous variables, polynomial response surface method is used to build optimization model, then obtaining the regression equation of target variate. According to constraints of variates designed and regression equation of target variates, using genetic algorithm optimize process parameters.Making test and measuremengt program, a arc plate stamping test platform is built to carry out differenti experiments of different materials, lubrication conditions, mold gap, bending radius and orders of process, studying the influence produced by these factors on the arc plate stamping. Then the results are compared with the simulation results to verify accuracy of the numerical simulation. |
