Stamping forming is the main process of automobile outer panel manufacturing.Through the stamping forming simulation,the forming quality of the outer panel is evaluated,the forming defects are predicted,and the stamping process parameters are optimized and improved according to the prediction results,which can effectively improve the stamping forming quality of the automobile outer panel.The traditional stamping simulation research of automobile outer panel lacks effective correlation analysis method,so it is difficult to carry out high-precision multi-objective optimization of stamping process parameters.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The mesh generation and main process design in the stamping forming simulation of outer panel are studied.The high-precision mesh generation method and main process design method are proposed,a complete stamping forming scheme is designed,the finite element numerical simulation is realized,and the stamping process parameters affecting the forming results are analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the multi-objective optimization of subsequent stamping process parameters.The correlation analysis method between stamping process parameters and sheet metal forming indexes is established.By constructing a comprehensive evaluation function to quantify the forming index,an improved response surface method based on radial basis function interpolation is proposed to complete the correlation analysis between stamping process parameters and forming index,and establish a correlation model between stamping process parameters and forming index with higher fitting accuracy.A multi-objective optimization method of stamping process parameters based on high-precision optimization butterfly algorithm is proposed.In order to improve the accuracy of multi-objective optimization,the population initialization strategy,global search method and local search method of the basic model of traditional butterfly algorithm are improved,and a multi-objective optimization method of stamping process parameters based on high-precision optimization butterfly algorithm is proposed to improve the forming quality of outer cover parts.The stamping and drawing simulation and stamping process parameter optimization system of large automobile outer panel is developed,which integrates the stamping finite element numerical simulation based on grid division and main process design,the correlation analysis between stamping process parameters and forming indexes,and the multi-objective optimization function of stamping process parameters.Finally,the application verification of the system is carried out with the automobile outer panel as the stamping object.
