As countries continue to explore space resources, in-orbit satellites are threatened by more and more space threats, resulting in more and more attention to the safe operation of the satellites in orbit. So, in the face of more and more serious space environmental threats, it is very necessary to study the space in-orbit satellites. In this paper, we mainly study the guidance and control technology of active defense, which is one of the important ways of space defense:First, the differential game theory were in-depth discussion, and introduces the cooperative differential game theory, this article focuses on the method of solving saddle point solution and the existence of the necessary conditions.The face of diverse variety of threat space, according to the different types of space targets, should choose different maneuver strategy. This paper attempts to use spacecraft trajectory planning problem in the Gauss pseudo spectral method, in fuel constraints, path constraints motor capacity constraints and establish state region, by which space threats could be divided into low-speed target and high-speed target.In view of the low-speed targets, escort aircraft sight coordinate system relative dynamics model was established, and by using line of sight guidance and control technology and based on dual quaternion theory, the sliding mode control law which is biased intercept guidance law was design. Via simulation system, the guidance algorithm was tested and analyzed.For characteristic of high speed target speed, on the basis of mobility constraints using differential game theory, design the ruler and escort aircraft cooperative differential game guidance algorithm, comparing relying solely on the escort aircraft to intercept mission, the guidance parameters on the guidance and saddle point solution existence of influence were discussed, with simulation verification and analysis. The results show that the cooperative differential game guidance law, even with no mobility advantage guard escort aircraft ruler, still can greatly improve the survival ability of ruler.
